Where can I buy George’s Great British Kitchen gift card?

You can buy them securely via our website
Or you can buy them at any restaurant. Please be aware that if you choose to buy in store gift cards may not be available if the restaurant is busy.

Can I use the gift card in conjunction with a promotion or offer?

Your gift card is just the same as a cash payment so there are no restrictions on how it can be used.

Is there an expiry date to a gift card?

The gift card will expire and any remaining balance will be removed if the card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or a balance enquiry with a 12 month period from the date of purchase.

How do we deal with any balance on the card?

You will see any credit balance left on your card printed on your receipt.

Can I change the value of a gift card after I have placed an order?

We’re sorry but this is not possible.

Can I cancel an order for a gift card after the payment has been made?

As long as your card has not been dispatched you can cancel your order by calling Customer Services on 01332 226640.

When will the payment for a gift card appear on my card statement?

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Your payment will appear as ‘Georges GBK online’

How are gift cards dispatched?

Gift cards are dispatched by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.

Where can Gift cards be shipped to?

Gift cards can only be delivered to a valid UK street address.

When will the Gift card arrive?

Gift cards are usually delivered with 4 to 7 working days. Beyond such time, please contact Customer Services on 01332 226640 who will track your delivery.

What will be delivered?

The recipient will receive a printed gift card which has been pre loaded to the specified value. The card is delivered in a printed card holder.

Is my order secure?

Our website uses secure https protocols via a Secore Socket Layer (SSL) which is identified via the padlock that you can see in your browser address.

What happens if a gift card is lost?

You should treat a Gift card in the same way as cash and it should safeguarded at all times. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
